June 6, 2009  Shawangunk Grasslands NWR (old Galeville Airport)

Weather: Scattered clouds, with alternating periods of sunshine. Clouds increasing throughout morning.


Highlights: Spotted turtle, brilliant color of male Eastern Bluebirds and a distant Upland Sandpiper. Did anyone else see a white rabbit?
